1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PrgBotTask.com and its services (operated by Brian Barnett), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PrgBotTask provides an AI-powered platform for creating text-driven bots that automate workflows via SMS, chat apps, email, and edge devices including Raspberry Pi 5. The service enables field notes to professional emails, lead tracking, cost calculators, personal assistants, and multi-user automation for technicians, salespeople, and busy professionals.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or engage in illegal activities.
- Violate any laws, including data protection, anti-spam (TCPA), or intellectual property laws.
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or attempt to interfere with the service.
- Create bots that impersonate others or mislead recipients.
- Overload our systems or attempt unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and intellectual property in the PrgBotTask platform (including AI models, bot templates, and UI) are owned by Brian Barnett or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and custom bots you create, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display them as necessary to provide the service.
6. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or that all automations will function without error. SMS delivery depends on carrier networks. You are solely responsible for ensuring your bots comply with applicable laws (e.g., consent for automated messaging).
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@prgbottask.com. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Barnett and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Little Rock, AR.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app banner. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
